3. Packaging & Handling
All live fish and products are packed securely with proper oxygenation, insulation, and safety measures to ensure survival during transit. Special care is taken to minimize stress for marine life during shipping.

4. Shipping Timeline
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days of confirmation.
Delivery times may vary based on the destination and courier availability.

5. Live Fish Guarantee
We take every precaution to ensure the safe arrival of live fish.
Customers must be available to receive the shipment at the scheduled time to avoid delays that may affect the condition of live stock.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims must be supported with clear video footage taken while opening the sealed package.

Customers are responsible for collecting the parcel on time; THE MARINE AQUARIUM will not be held liable for delays in collection.

Immediate unpacking and transferring of the fish into the tank is mandatory.

Any delay in opening or acclimating the livestock may lead to a decline in health, for which THE MARINE AQUARIUM will not be responsible.

Any failed delivery due to incorrect details will not be eligible for replacement.
